This is our pride and joy, a plan that brings together a variety of fragrant dishes, centered around our signature dishes, "Instantly Smoked Sausage" and "Three Kinds of Smoked Foods."The food has an excellent balance of texture and flavor, including crispy green peppers, extremely fresh sashimi, and freshly fried horse mackerel.The meal ends with dashi ochazuke (rice with dashi broth) and smoked salt vanilla ice cream for dessert, making for a luxurious seven-course meal featuring everything smoked.
